On the 7th floor SEA VIEW, in a secure residence with elevator, come and discover this very beautiful air-conditioned (from June) 2-room apartment with an area of approximately 25m² for your vacation.
It consists of a bathroom and separate WC at the entrance, a living area with 140x190cm sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, mini-oven, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine). Finally, a pretty bedroom with 140x190cm bed.
To enjoy your dining areas, you will find a 6m² terrace with a superb SEA VIEW. Ideal north/east orientation which allows you to enjoy all your meals on the terrace while staying cool!
Shops (grocery stores, fishmonger, butcher, bakery, tobacco) and restaurants at the bottom of the building, Place Méditerranée 1.5km away for all activities and restaurants.
