Large house completely renovated with 10x5 diamond salt pool in a quiet area in the hundred-year-old pines 7 minutes walk from the beach of Lecques or La Madrague.<br>This house offers a large sleeping capacity of 15 people. You can gather your family or friends for a relaxing stay around the pool.<br>It is located in a very quiet housing estate shaded by hundred-year-old pine trees.<br>It is composed as follows:<br>on the ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 dormitory (4 places), the kitchen, the living room, a bathroom and separate toilet.<br>upstairs: 4 double bedrooms, 1 dormitory, a bathroom, 1 separate toilet.<br><br>Towels are provided, but sheets are extra for rent at a rate of €15 per bed. You will need to notify us at least 5 days in advance and payment will be made via AirBnB.<br><br>There is plenty of free parking in front of the house or you can park up to 3 cars in the driveway.<br><br>Parties and events are prohibited. And in general, we ask you to make sure you don't make any noise day or night. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which is not conducive to this.<br><br>Finally, you will be greeted by Gypsie from the Conciergerie des Lecques, our co-host who will also be available throughout your stay if needed, as well as at departure for the key collection.<br><br>
