Right in the heart of the old town (Place SAINTE CLAIRE); on the most popular square in old ANNECY, a fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony. <br>You can do everything on foot—visit the lake and the castle, and stroll through the city centre pedestrian streets, along the Thiou River, and past the historic canals.<br>The bus station and the train station are a 5-minute walk away. <br>An ideal location to enjoy ANNECY and have an unforgettable holiday.<br>The apartment is accessible by lift from levels -1 and -2 of the SAINTE CLAIRE municipal underground car park (short-term parking passes available—check with the manager), otherwise, free parking is available on a few nearby streets (Faubourg des Balmettes, Rue des Jardins, etc.)

Great accommodation in s great location

This was a stopover visit for us before going onto a wedding - we spent 3 nights and days and it definitely isn't long enough! The apartment was exactly as described and would suit a couple or family. Lots to see and do, underground parking with direct access to apartment block was good. Hope to return next year at some time.

This was a perfect location, at a great price, for exploring Annecy and for being in the heart of the old town. There was enough space for our family of five. Patrick responded quickly to questions and everything was as described. If you're looking for a location in the heart of Annecy, this is a great option!

T3 Centre ancien Annecy

Appartement bien agencé refait à neuf plein centre, très propre, fonctionnel, déco sobre et agréable, accès parking public sous l'immeuble, centre ville accessible à pied. Cuisine très bien équipée, 1 chambre donnant sur la place avec lit 2 places + 1 chambre aveugle avec lits superposés, sd bain avec baignoire et rangements. Attention le quartier est très bruyant l'été lorsque l'on dort fenêtres ouvertes (pas de clim) car situé sur une place avec de nombreux bars et restaurants ! Idéal pour une villégiature de quelques jours ou l'hiver. petite remarque : des chevets seraient bienvenus dans les chambres. En revanche un zéro pointé pour Abritel qui n'avait pas versé au propriétaire le montant de la location lors de notre arrivée, ce qui nous a occasionné un refus d'entrée dans les lieux, heureusement rapidement réglé. Expérience malheureusement déjà vécue avec Abritel.
