Very clean and well stocked ! host was very responsive to a few questions that we had! Great location - deck and picnic table are a bit unstable but worked :)Even though weather was not great still had a great mini vacation! Would stay again!

Great beach front location

The beach, the lake, and the house were great. We had an excellent stay. Check in/check out easy. The hot tub was also a hit with the kids!

Family beach vacation

This beachfront house is perfect for a family getaway. Easy access to the beach and nice family space. We had both houses on this property but the front house was our hangout space.

Southwick beach never disappoints! As a family we have gone every summer for 19 yrs with kids & family. Personally have been going to southwick beach since 11 yrs old.
