The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is rustically furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Other half of the house BAL BER 101 (8 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Wi-Fi is available from 01/06 to 15/09. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
