Pier Stay

The property was clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.The condo was on the beach and the pool was great. We could walk to Publix and to a few restaurants. We had our own parking place too and a first floor unit was really nice. We were very close to the pier that had bars and restaurants.

The property was spotless, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, and a short walk to the beach access. We locked ourselves out on the first night. It was about 10:45 pm when I contacted the owner. He came out himself and let us in the unit. We were shocked and so grateful for his kindness! I would definitely stay here again!

Having to go to an office to get a key is unheard of in today’s society, could’ve easily been a simple keyless entry pad. Hallway light between bedrooms does not work mold and mildew in both bathrooms made it hard to take baths absolutely no atmosphere inside very small Kitchen reminded me more of 1980s furniture, parking spots outside, extremely narrow to where you would have to back in to avoid hitting each other’s side view mirrors would definitely not stay here again.

The location was great. Right by the beach, just a short, easy walk away. My biggest complaint is that the unit we stayed in could be cleaner. The bathrooms were moldy and still had hair in the shower drains. It made me uncomfortable and worried about the overall cleanliness. Bring flip flops for the shower. It was also misleading about availability to a washer and dryer. Our unit did not have a washer/dryer. There were some on the outisde of each floor, but you needed quarters and there were no quarter machines. I felt like this could have been made more clear.

Beautiful family location

A beautiful family location nice and quiet. Within walking distance to the beach very nice and clean location. Family oriented the kids enjoyed every minute of our stay. If you are looking for a place to relax this is definitely the location to go.

Beach getaway

Location was perfect, can’t get better than this. Everything is close by. The cocoa pier is walking distance, also numerous restaurants and super market. Easy access to the pool, covered parking right next to the front door, ground floor so easy in and out. The only complaint was the bathrooms were dated and carpet was dirty but again the location and size of the unit makes up for that.
