One of three apartments in the same building that share a pool. Garden was private to the apartment and separate entrance to the pool area. Nice and shady in places which was good when it was hot. You needed to message the property host to ensure they would be outside when you arrived, as there are three entrances, and they need to open the gates the first time. Good location to explore the surrounding area. Car essential.

Bel endroit, trÚs bon potentiel mais propreté à revoir

Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, dans un endroit calme avec une vue exceptionnelle, ce qui a beaucoup contribuĂ© Ă  la qualitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour. La piscine Ă©tait toujours propre et bien entretenue, tout comme les abords, ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Cependant, la propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer : la maison semblait ne pas avoir Ă©tĂ© habitĂ©e depuis un certain temps, avec de la poussiĂšre, des toiles d’araignĂ©e, et des salles de bain qui n’avaient pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©es en profondeur. Une odeur d’enfermĂ©e Ă©tait Ă©galement prĂ©sente. Par ailleurs, il manquait plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments essentiels pour un logement de location, comme des torchons pour la cuisine, un essuie-main dans les toilettes, et du savon, etc.MalgrĂ© ces points, notre sĂ©jour s’est globalement trĂšs bien passĂ©. Nous recommandons ce logement si la propretĂ© est revue, car le cadre et l’accueil sont vraiment de qualitĂ©.

De passage dans le Sud Ă  l’occasion d’un mariage nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de loger chez Marco avant de reprendre la route. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© merveilleusement accueilli dans un lieu au calme, au confort et Ă  l’élĂ©gance rare. Nous Ă©tions si bien au bord de la piscine et dans le jardin que nous sommes arrivĂ©s en retard au mariage ! La proximitĂ© immĂ©diate avec le village de Mougins et de Cannes Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter !
