The property was everything described, plus more! It was stocked with all of the necessities plus the kitchen was fully furnished, minus the food, which made what we needed to travel with a lot easier. The home was extremely spacious, and the owners were super responsiveness. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.
This was a great property for a family who likes fishing, swimming and water activities! The views were gorgeous and the house was clean and well appointed with comfy beds, clean sheets, ptowels, and plenty of space. The extra parking was a huge plus!If you are a family who has a child playing at Cooperstown Dream Park, the drive was an easy 15-20 minutes and our boys enjoyed coming to swim, fish and paddle board during downtime. Nice place with a beautiful view!

House was great. Fishing was great too. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Fishing was awesome off the dock. Kayaks and paddle boards were awesome too. Lots of great restaurants in Cooperstown too. Favorite was Upstate. It was great.
This lake house was the perfect place for our Cooperstown trip. It provided the ideal balance of baseball and relaxation, and honestly, the week wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without this peaceful getaway.Just a scenic 25-minute drive from Cooperstown Dreams Park, every trip was filled with breathtaking views. After long days at the ballpark, coming back to unwind by the lake was exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, tranquility, and convenience, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!
