We've stayed at Kihei Akahi Bldg D probably a dozen times as we love the view from the upper floors. It's so close to the ocean (although it's across the street) you can hear the waves at night. This particular unit was well-equipped, quiet and we appreciated that it had a king bed.

Overall it was pretty good. Never could get the TV to work! Furniture was not overly comfortable. Did a lot of traveling to see the sites. Good access to the beach. Not a far drive to go any of the sites.

Nice condo in great location

This condo has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. If you plan to cook some meals there is everything you need. The condo is in a great location with just a short walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. Condo was great for 2 1/2 weeks. Had everything we needed. enjoyed the sunsets on the Lanai. we will be back forsure.just a couple of suggestions; a new hairdryer is needed as the one in the unit is oldalso a new blender is needed for the same reason.just suggestions didn’t impack our stay at all

Perfect location

We loved the location right across from the beach. The grounds and pool are super nice too. The apartment itself could have been more updated in terms of the television and appliances, but it was nice and clean and cool inside and everything was as pictured. It was also incredibly expensive considering the size and furnishings.

Great stay in Maui

This condo is in an ideal location - both in Kihei and within the condo complex - good views from the balcony, right across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, lots of restaurants nearby in Kihei. Condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-supplied. The whole complex is low-key and quiet. Great place!

wonderful to miss all the snow at home

This unit faces directly west and we had wonderful sunsets every night. We did have occasion to interact with the management company and they were very prompt in responding. We would definitely stay here again.
