Very nice condo with beautiful views of the Gulf right off the balcony. Had my mom stay with us so the extra master bedroom on the other side of the unit with her own private balcony was the perfect setup for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning

Check-in was easy and the condo was ready before the stated time which allowed us to get settled and enjoy the week. Everything was clean and rooms were spacious. Would stay here again.

The condo was GORGEOUS! My only complaint is the beach services are misleading on the listing. We stayed Tuesday - Sunday and the description says complimentary weekday beach services. When I checked on this, I was told that since we didn't come on the first day of the week that beach services were not complimentary. Being prepared for this, we brought our own umbrellas. Upon putting those up on the beach, we were told we had to take them down because they were not allowed. So, we had to rent umbrellas during our stay. The gentlemen that we rented umbrellas from told us that beach service there is never complementary and they are not sure why that was on their listing as it is misleading.

This is an untrue conversation about beach service. As far as being told to take your chairs down, I don't have anything to do with the beach service. That arrangement is between them and the HOA Board members.

My happy place!

Love the condo layout and amenities! Location is perfect! Cleaners need to clean thoroughly. Its su ch a beautiful place, but more meticulous cleaning would make it perfect! We stay here every year and will book again!

The unit wasn't as expected. Many things are very outdated such as the TV's and furniture. One TV is the 2nd bedroom didn't even work and had to be replaced. No black-out curtains in any room! The wine fridge shown in the photos in the living room does not work. The shower head in the master bedroom does not work, only the hand held sprayer works. No headboard in the master bedroom. Carpet in the lock-out room (3rd bedroom) and it does not have a lot of storage such as drawer space. Unit really needs a deep floor to celing cleaning. Dryer is extremely loud and is open off the kitchen (no door to wash room). Dinner table is very unstable! Very limited pots and pans. Host contact was is great! I was able to reach her and she always responded quickly and helped with our concerns. Very thankful for her!

Terrible

Look elsewhere. The place was not clean and even bugs in the bed. I can go on and on. Save yourself. There’s plenty of great places to choose from.

Very disappointed in this guest. Wouldn’t let myself or maintenance inside to address any issues and had over the max allowed to book. Unit was trashed and would not re-book this guest Condo does not have or ever had bugs. Broke the front door completely off the door frame.

Perfect beach days!

We stay in this unit every year. When we arrived two of the bathrooms were not clean. When I called the property manager she had the cleaning person call me back. Other than that issue, we thoroughly enjoed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future.
