Two-family house with beautiful private garden in Principina a Mare, 500 m from the sea (the other apartment is occupied from time to time by the owner). Principina a Mare is a vacation resort in the Natural Park of Maremma and has equipped beaches and grocery stores, pharmacy, bike rental, riding arena, swimming pool and tennis courts open all summer. Distances: 500 m from the sea, Castiglione della Pescaia (stores of all kinds) and Grosseto 15 km, the Etruscan necropolis of Roselle 20 km, Massa Marittima 60 km, the thermal baths of Saturnia 75 km. Quiet position. Outdoor shower in the garden. Modern and comfortable furnishings.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
