Host was fantastic! Very responsive. This house is big! It is primed for a renovation, but did the job. If you are looking for a place that has just the essentials, this is for you. If you are looking for a nice "buttoned up piece of luxury", this may not match your expectations. Nothing was bad and nothing was impressive. Our group of 10 had a great time. There are beds for days! Great place to stay if you want to visit the Falls. Kitchen is big, the fireplace was a nice touch, overlooking the lake was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is an ideal location to stay if your plans are to hike the Amicalola Falls State Park. The property was clean and spacious. The lake was beautiful to wake up to and to boat around on. The house was plenty big enough for our family of 16. A railing up the front steps is needed. We had 2 seniors with walking problems and the steps are very dangerous.

Picture Perfect

This is the 4th year that I have selected a home like this for 8 of my friends and I to get together for a girls weekend. This house was by far the best one we’ve been to yet. Not only are the accommodations great but the grounds are pristine. The lake behind the house and the mountains beyond the lake are gorgeous not to mention the fact that there’s a pool and a hot tub on the property. While we didn’t have any complaints, Jacqueline the property manager, is the kind of person who would have responded immediately. She checked with me periodically to make sure that things were going well and that we did not need anything. My friends and I decided that if we do our girls trip next year we’re going right back to that house.

Great Family Getaway

We were looking for a location to assemble our family group of 16. This was the perfect choice. There was plenty of room for all. All the cousins, ages 18 to 7, shared the upstairs bunk room and had fun reconnecting. The pool, lake and super game room added to the fun and friendly competition. Jacqueline, the property manager, was great.
