On the ground floor of the owners' house, with independent access. Ground floor: living room with kitchen area (2 pull-out single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, sheltered slate terrace, private garden. At the exit of the village of Lanslevillard, Beautiful contemporary country house. Residential area very close to the slopes. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Very cozy. Large exposed terrace. Pleasant well-kept and flowered garden. Splendid panoramic view of the massif. Any proximity leisure, trade and services. At the foot of the slopes of the vast domain of Val-Cenis-Vanoise (gondola 300m). In the heart of the Vanoise National Park on the road to the famous Cols du Mont-Cenis (Italian border) and Iseran. Ideally located for hiking and cycling in the summer (many mythical passes!)
