Was very happy with the property and location. The owner Nancy was very quick with response to any question I had. Perfect location to beach and village all within quick walking distance. Will come back again for sure. Got a beautiful sunset out last night from the deck.

This property was absolutely lovely. Extremely clean, stocked well with everything we needed. The rooms were pretty and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with nice shampoo and conditioner, body wash, etc. Quality of towels were nice. Great location ! I left some jewelry there, and the Host was kind enough to find it and send it back to me which saved me heartache because there was sentimental value. Beach chairs and towels were perfect. The Host offered a late check out (which is totally rare) I guess there was no one checking in immediately after us, but still, most don't offer that without an extra charge! Everything worked, absolutely no complaints. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Beautiful Beach Condo !

This was such a beautiful home away from home. Directly across from the beach , close to Carlsbad village, and plenty of room for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Will definitely be renting again.

Family Fun

Our family loved this place. It was very clean, beautiful view, and great deck and comfortable furniture, inside and out. Our granddaughters enjoyed the boogie boards and the beach access across the street was so convenient. The proximity to the village and restaurants, plus shopping made it even better. Nancy is an excellent host!

Our family of adults was very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of space to gather in the large open space kitchen, dining room, and living room. We spent most of our time on the front balcony enjoying the ocean view. The property description and pictures are on point. The kitchen is fully stocked. Our host's communication was excellent ensuring we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Close to the center of Carlsbad we walked just a few blocks and enjoyed some great meals. We highly recommend this property!

Great Location

The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect; views of the ocean, across the street from the beach, and a short walk to the Village. Nancy was also very responsive throughout our visit.

Great summer getaway

We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous property. The property has been renovated with a stellar kitchen. The location can’t be beat. Management is easy to contact and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back.
