Our multi-generational family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! Close to downtown Raleigh and the NC State campus, the house is centrally located for site seeing. Host was friendly and accessible and responded to our questions in a timely manner!

Great place

We were in town for a celebration of life and needed a place for several cousins to stay. This property was perfect! Plenty of large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very open floor plan with lots of space including a large dining room. Would definitely stay here again! Appreciate how communicative the host was.

In for a weekend

Perfect house for my wife and I and our adult children while in Raleigh for my mom’s 80th birthday. Quiet and set back quite a ways from the street. I would stay here again.

Our VRBO house for NCAA tournament basketball tournament in Raleigh NC

5 members of my family and I rented this house for the March 20th - 24th Men's NCAA basketball tournament. The house was excellent for our needs. VERY comfortable beds, spacious interior, nice sun-room area with large table for us to eat together. The property manager, Suzie, was outstanding to deal with. The owner of the property, Francois, who communicated with us through the VRBO app was confusing. Suzie's brother went above and beyond in helping us connect his own Apple TV to the house tv so we could watch all the games in areas other than Raleigh. Carolyn next door was a delight. Bathrooms, kitchen, parking, etc. were great! Would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful Home

We absolutely loved this home! It’s spacious and has everything you need. Communication with the host was fast and friendly! The alarm went off unexpectedly and they extended our check-out time out of courtesy which we greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Raleigh golf

Very remote location located in Raleigh, near easy travel access and all amenities. Susan was great whenever we had a problem. She was above and beyond the call of duty. We had 4 couples and the ad said 4 bathrooms, so I thought we would all have our own bathroom, but there are only 3 1/2 baths and we had to compensate.

Staycation in Raleigh

We needed ample open space for 4 adult family units and this home was perfect for our needs. Upon arrival it was neat and clean and had a large kitchen table which provided roomy seating for 6 adults to play cards and games. Which is why we selected it. Kitchen was adequately though minimally stocked with cookware, but plenty of plates, glasses, mugs and flatware, plus a very nice, quiet dishwasher. Great location with easy access to Falls of Neuse and grocery/dining venues there. Wilkerson and Durant Road Nature Preserves nearby. It should be noted on web site that all bedrooms are upstairs, which could be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. A couple of repair items we noted were fixed immediately by owner. I did not rate this 5 stars only because multiple minor repairs and minor deficiencies were identified. But due to prompt response from owner I fully expect these will be remedied completely before the next guest arrives. I do not fault the owner for these because they cannot fix things if renters do not alert them to issues, and I believe this is what happened here. As stated, these modifications were minor and I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely stay here again. We were completely satisfied with our rental and responsiveness of owner.

I stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding that was in town. It was nice and spacious for us and fun to all be together. Listing was accurate and house was clean and well maintained. The turn in does sneak up on you when driving up to it, so be ready to turn into the little drive for the cluster of houses. Location is great to get around quickly to a lot of places including to and from airport. Would stay here again if in town.

The house was nice and spacious with plenty of room for us. The house was clean and safe.The owner was great communicating. I gave 4 stars because we had to load and start the dishwasher, start washing the towels and washcloths, and empty all the trash cans. I thought that was a bit much considering you pay a cleaning fee.

NCSU Grad Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this home and it accommodated our group of ten guests well. The home was spacious and clean with a nice open floor plan downstairs which was nice for our big group. We did have a couple of issues arise during our stay, but they were very quickly addressed and we were pleased with the outcome. Thank you for letting us stay in your home as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from NCSU.
