Near Caprino Veronese, just 7 km from the shores of Lake Garda, is this beautiful semi-detached house with shared pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. This is an ideal place to relax. The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor: spacious living area with a sofa and TV, kitchen with all appliances and dining table, a bathroom with shower stall and a double bedroom. Upstairs there is a second living room with double sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a second bathroom with bath. The garden is very large and surrounds the whole house and offers a covered equipped area, barbecue and pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Reserved parking space directly in front of the building. The characteristic landscape of the place is the perfect setting for a nice vacation. At 1 km there are various commercial activities with typical products of the area. At 20 km there is one of the most famous amusement parks in Europe. See also IVG435.

Appartement agréable et piscine géante!

Super séjour dans ce coin de paradis, non loin des jolis villages du bord du lac de Garde. La piscine est super. Nous n’avions pas compris cependant que nous devrions partager le terrain et la piscine. Une chance que les autres locataires soient peu bruyants, c’est peut-être nous qui les avons dérangé avec 3 petits enfants crieurs!!! Mais si les autres locataires veulent faire la fête cela peut être problématique!!!

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen

Unsere Familie hatte einen sehr guten Eindruck des Objekts , was sich auch bestätigte. Sehr gepflegt ,täglicher Poolservice , genügend Platz (nur das obere Bad war ein bisschen klein). Alles Nötige vorhanden .Wir fühlten uns ausgesprochen wohl.
