The location of this loft was great and within walking distance of many restaurants and the Tennessee Theater where we had the chance to see a popular musical. The place was clean and the check in process was smooth with obtaining the codes to enter the loft. Our only complaint was the free parking was a little bit of a walk up a hill which is expected in a downtown area.

Really cool property and location was convenient! The hill for parking was not pleasant so for anyone with any sort of injury or disability this could be very difficult. There were very dirty mattresses and blankets in the closet that were really unpleasant to see and made me wonder how well the rest of the bedding is cleaned so I’d recommend throwing those out.

The location of the loft is ideal. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was terrible, we had dirty bedding, hair and stains on sheets and comforters. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, you can truly feel the springs on the bed when you lay down. They don’t provide any cleaning supplies as a broom or mop, they did have a vacuum that had no suction. The stains on the carpets in living room and bedrooms was truly disgusting, especially if you’re traveling with younger kids that usually play on the floor. We contacted them about bedding and they did have someone drop new bedding off.
