2 bedroom awesome home in Rømø

At the end of a cul-de-sac lies this vacation home on a beautiful natural plot. The house has three terraces, which are open and without a fence, and a shed for bicycles and other things. You live in this house not far from the nature playground, in the middle of the unique nature and with several hiking trails close by.

In Lakolk you can drive on the beach in the car to the water. The island of Rømø is located in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The island has a history of several centuries. In the past it was inhabited by fishermen and whalers, and those with high incomes took advantage of the opportunity and built the large Rømø farms that still stand today. Today the island attracts vacationers from all over the world who want to experience the unique flora and fauna as well as the wide sandy beaches. A trip to Ribe, the oldest trading town in Denmark, is also nearby. Here you will find an interesting business life settled around the beautiful cathedral and in historic cobblestone streets.

Sehr ruhig. Abseits des Trubels im Wald gelegen und trotzdem frei für Licht und Sonne.Ein sehr schönes Haus, könnte aber bei mehreren Personen etwas eng werden. Wir waren nur zu zweit.

Für 180 Euro am Tag erwartet man mehr. Preis Leistung passt hier leider nicht.

Klein aber fein mit Gartenlaubenambiente

Zunächst zur Lage: Das Haus liegt im Wald in einer Art Ferienhaussiedlung, die Nachbarhäuser sind zwar einige Meter entfernt, komplett allein ist man aber nicht. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sinds 5 min mit dem Auto oder 20 min zu Fuß. Insgesamt kann man theoretisch alles auf der Insel zu Fuß erreichen (Lakolk und Havneby ca 1h Fußmarsch / 4km). Mit dem Fahrrad ists aber wesentlich entspannter. Das Ferienhaus ist kleiner als man es auf den Fotos vermuten würde. Besonders Schlaf- und Durchgangszimmer sind sehr eng und man kommt sich häufig mit verschiedenen Türen in die Quere. Dafür ist die Wohnküche sehr geräumig und man kann es dank Kamin auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut aushalten (Holz selber mitbringe / sammeln/kaufen). Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum kochen braucht, Putzutensilien wie Lappen/Schwamm/ Geschirrtuch etc muss man allerdings selbst mitbringen oder hoffen das die Vormieter etwas übrig gelassen haben. Ebenso sind Handtücher & Bettwäsche nicht im Preis enthalten. Insgesamt haben wir in den 4 Tagen viel erlebt, bei schlechtem Wetter könnte einem im Ferienhaus aber schnell die Decke auf den Kopf fallen besonders wenn man mit mehr als 2 Personen unterwegs ist.

Klein aber fein

Ein nettes kleines Ferienhaus, welches sehr sauber war. Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe waren kein Problem. Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer kleiner, als auf den Bildern zu erwarten ist. Babybett passte nicht in unser Schlafzimmer, gerade so ins Kinderzimmer. Ansonsten alles top - super Küchenausstattung!
