Puffin Perch - Waterfront Apartment on Linekin Bay - Fire Pit & Dock Access

This second floor waterfront apartment is waterfront on Linekin Bay. Small deck to sit out and enjoy the views and beautiful sunsets. Fully equipped with all the essentials to enjoy your vacation. Stone patio with a fire pit, chairs and a hammock to enjoy day or night. Shared dock and float (available during peak season), great area for kayaking. Also close to hiking trails, just a few minutes drive to Ocean Point where you can sit out on the rocks and enjoy the open ocean, great for walking and biking, also a small pebbly beach to explore. Close to the public boat launch, several restaurants and general store. About a 10 minute drive to the downtown are for all the shops, many restaurants and activities.

Come enjoy the holiday lights of downtown Boothbay Harbor and Gardens Aglow at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens running November through December annually. It is a must see!!

We do Saturday to Saturday rentals during peak season June through September. May be some flexibility so please do inquire.

We had the fortune of staying at the Puffin’s Perch for our getaway weekend, and had our ceremony overlooking the bay! The hosts went above and beyond to make our elopement a memorable occasion (even being our witnesses for the document!), and we felt very welcome from the beginning. Puffin’s Perch is such a special place, and we look forward to celebrating there in years to come…

Boothbay Treat

All pros, no cons. Extraordinary view (right on Linekin Bay in East Boothbay); modern, clean, bright, dry, well-provisioned large, comfortable apartment (not a musty cottage!). We enjoyed a full week, using the kitchen for many meals; rode bikes, hiked (BBHLT trail to Damariscotta River side), and kayaked, and walked to the Carriage House Restaurant right from the apartment. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Apartment is adjacent to main house with enough separation for privacy. Accurate listing, good value. Highly recommended. We needed a place to stay near our family cottage that was full for the holiday and this more than fit the bill!

Beautiful apartment with a view.

This apartment is not only in a perfect location close to Ocean Point and Boothbay but beautifully maintained and fully stocked for any need. The owners are on site, friendly and accommodating. Even though the apartment is attached to the owner's home, privacy is not an issue. The scenery, food and general feel of the area is one of peace and tranquility. Can't wait to visit again.

A Magical Week in Boothbay

This is the perfect place for a couples get away. All the windows face the water and the view is magical! You are connected to the main house where Mike and Trish live, but the design of the house and apartment make it private. The location is in the middle of an area with good eats; great beaches and if you need a grocery store. The apartment kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner and grill outdoors. They have chairs to sit and have a cocktail and a dock to launch your water toys. Mike and Trish are lovely and kind and we enjoyed their company as well. We spent a fabulous week there and look forward to going again next year!,

Puffin Perch Stay

Mike and Trish are very gracious hosts. They attend to every detail, making you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Property is beautiful and spacious, with great views of Linekin Bay. Apartment is very clean with a cute deck for a meal or drinks while watching the bay and natural surroundings. Could not have enjoyed our stay more!!

Tranquil Maine Retreat

We had a great 4 night stay at Puffin Perch which is located on the idyllic East Boothbay. A short drive from Boothbay where there’s many activities and boat trip. The apartment catered to all of our needs and has the most breathtaking view of Linkein Bay, where we had access to the dock and kayaks and hammock. Perfect place to check in and switch off! Tobias.
