Wondeful adult-family stay in beautiful San Diego!Great location in Pacific Beach. Well appointed and furnished. Comfortable. Close to the beach. We were able to use the beach equipment provided. Morning and sunset walks on the beach. It was a smooth and seamless stay. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely property that is only two blocks from the main road on mission/Pacific Beach. We stayed for Labor Day 2026. The unit is essentially a townhouse, so there is no yard, but it is roomy and has a well-equipped kitchen. Great a/c. Nice soft towels, shampoo/conditioner, and tvs in all the rooms. That’s nice in the evening. We parked in the garage, but only a car will fit. The beach chairs in the garage were also appreciated. AAAA

The townhouse is very nice as shown on the listing. The stairs are definitely a huge factor as there are not any rooms downstairs so everyone in your party must be able to walk up at least two flights of stairs. Additionally, the garage that you will park in does not have the house number on it so it did take us a second to find it but the neighboring house numbers are on one next to it so it wasn’t too hard. We appreciated the living room with plenty of seating for us all to play games together on the tv at the end of the night!

Immaculate 4 BR/3.5 bath on 3 floors (so you have to be ok with stairs). Tucked in, so no ocean view, but great location with easy one block walk to beach and boardwalk. Quick walk to Mission Bay on the other side. Well stocked kitchen, garage for a car and had no problem finding street parking for our minivan. Perfect for our family of 8.
