Summary:
Prime location just steps to the beach and beautiful Mission Bay! You'll love the views from one of the three balconies, especially the third story, ocean view, glassed in rooftop deck. Fully Furnished 3 bed/3 bath located just steps from the sand.

The Space:
This 3bd/3ba house will comfortably sleep 7 people (max 10). The downstairs floor has one bedroom with a large king size bed, private full bathroom, and can be closed off from the rest of the home if needed. The second floor has the kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as the second bedroom.  It has a queen bed, and a bunk bed. The third, and top floor has a larger bedroom with a queen bed, a queen futon bed and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub.

The home is ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Mission and Pacific Beach.   Located in the fun and unique beach front community of Mission beach, this private 3-story home is the perfect spot for your next luxury getaway. You can't beat the location! In addition to the beaches, the home is just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district and Convention Center.

Graduation at the Beach

The property was as the description said. The location is perfect for everyone and everything. Traveling with a baby can be a challenge but this VRBO had all the baby gear needed to enjoy the week but travel light.

Everything we needed right where we wanted to be!

This is a fun, well-used home in the midst of the mission/pacific beach areas. Had three generations of family with us and all were kept occupied and happy. Plenty of room for 2 compact vehicles in garage and plenty of room for the family on the three levels. We used both decks and the patio extensively. Quiet area at night.We like to leave some criticisms to be fair — here we’d just say that the 3rd floor pillows on the queen bed were woefully inadequate!! Not much more to complain about than that!!This was a get-away trip for a grandpa with terminal cancer who happens to be writing this review. This home provided a wonderful base for our adventures in the area and has created many fond memories. Thanks!

No need to use car

We had everything we needed or wanted within walking distance. We appreciated the bikes and beach gear, including beach towels! We loved the location, The bathrooms on each level, and the kindness of the hosts. We are planning to return next year.

Excellent location and wonderfully stocked

The house is decently spacious and in a perfect location. The beach is literally a two minute walk from the patio. There are two huge patios and one smaller deck. The kitchen was stocked well and we had all that we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us since we had our three young kiddos. Everything was wonderful and I hope to stay here again!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Enjoyed the bedrooms being on separate levels for privacy, the balcony and large upper deck with ocean views were so lovely. Great spot for morning coffee. This location was close enough for driving to tourist destinations, and an easy walk to the boardwalk for ocean and people watching. The homeowner provided a list of their favorite nearby restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed this home.

The location is excellent. The property was well-stocked with everything needed. Arrival and check-in was very easy. An excellent property overall. Owner did not respond through VRBO messaging but once provided personal cell was provided they responded.

Beach Fun!

Fantastic! 2 car garage was very convenient, since the few public parking spots near the beach are taken early. Very roomy and comfortable home, where our whole family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed each other’s company on the 2nd floor living room and kitchen. Location is awesome, 2 minute walk to the beach, with loads of restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance. Also, having full baths in all 3 bedrooms, makes it very convenient. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location and property with everything you need

Loved this property right on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach! Quiet block but steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. We had 7 adults and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the outdoor area on the top floor.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property and like the first it didn’t disappoint. Ciara was very helpful and attentive when we needed anything. Just maybe let future guests know not to leave stuff on the patio.

Great Beach House

We stayed in this home with our family! Great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and 2 sets of washer and dryers! (BONUS) The 2 bikes were great and every beach toy and chair are there for you to use. Nice and clean and comfortable. Would definintley stay here again!

We were first-time VRBO users. for this trip. Owners were very helpful with all of our questions and very responsive to our needs. Great property in an excellent location. We could easily walk everywhere in PB! Overall. a great experience and fun trip!

spring break with grown children

We've visited San Diego several times for spring break, and never in a more convenient location. The house is steps to the beach, an easy walk to the grocery store and close to a little tourist shopping and tourist-centered businesses. With all that, it was still quiet at night, and we could sleep with the windows open to hear the ocean. A heavy rain led to some water leaking in, but the owners responded right away to our email about that and a few maintenance issues, and they offered to address things right away or right after we left. The unit was very clean except for some mustiness on the ground floor which is maybe more about all the winter rains and not actual cleaning.

amazing !!!!!

This house was the perfect place for myself, my parents & in laws for my wedding weekend! Three good sized rooms was perfect for three couples. One bed room has two bunk beds for additional guests. Location is hands down the best on PB. Close to so many great restaurants and bars. Out door seating on all three porches with ocean views on two of them. Check in and our process was exceptional. Would love to come back here again!

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a family wedding and decided to stay in San Diego for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The house met our needs. The living area is great as is the upstairs deck with a view of the ocean.

Loved the space

House was the 7th house from the boardwalk so was a short walk to the beach. There was a lot of space and plenty of great amenities. You can tell the owners care about a great experience for all who stay there.

Good location to beach and shopping

The closeness to the beach was great. The rooftop sitting area is the best part of the house. The house was surface clean. The top floor bed sheets and pillows seemed to have not been changed from the last visitors. It was a hot week, which couldn’t be helped but, airing out the house before we arrived would have been much appreciated. A few fans on each floor of the house only circulated the socked-in heat. This felt like rental property and not real cared for. Sorry but this was not a quality stay. I sent a few suggestions to the owners as well that , hopefully, benefit future visitors.

Great place for all 9 of us! Could walk to store, shops, restaurants, beach and bay side. Had all I needed in kitchen to cook. Very responsive and nice owners. Fit all our needs and will go again!

Perfect Vacation

Family Vacation 2022 was the perfect escape from the Arizona heat. Week was spent at the beach or walking around to various shops and restaurants, all within walking distance from the house. The house was spacious enough for 4 adults and 6 kids to exist comfortably! We enjoyed playing games on the downstairs patio and even experienced a proposal on the rooftop! Host was attentive to communication. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Gem close to the beach

I take my family to Mission Beach every Memory Day weekend. We have stayed in many great places near the boardwalk and this was no exception. The rooms were all great and gave each group a place to rest and relax. The 2 giant patios are amazing including the top which has great views. Ciara was amazing as well as she was able to help up with a few issues in a very timely manner. I'd suggest this as a great place to stay and will try to stay again myself.
