Spend your days at the beach and your evenings relaxing in the private hot tub or grilling with family and friends. Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen, stylish furnishings, and beach gear for your adventures. Located in Crown Point, you're minutes from Pacific Beach's restaurants, bars, and nightlife while enjoying a quieter coastal setting.



The Space:

The unit is located on the back-left side of the property and features a private, yard with turf, outdoor seating, and a relaxing hot tub. The unit is two levels with one bedroom downstairs, and three bedrooms plus the kitchen and living room upstairs. The air conditioning in the unit is one large mini-split wall unit located in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan.



Guest Access:

Prior to check-in, you'll receive a unique 4-digit code for the front door keypad, allowing for convenient self check-in at your leisure. Parking is in the front of the lot. This unit will have two dedicated tandem parking spots on the left side of the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Crown Point, you're just a short walk from Mission Bay's beaches and parks, and only minutes from Pacific Beach's restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Enjoy the best of San Diego's coastal lifestyle in a relaxed, walkable neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The property is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and Mission Bay. While many nearby attractions, restaurants, and parks are easily accessible on foot or by bike, we recommend having a car if you'd like to explore other parts of Pacific Beach and San Diego.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the neighboring unit is also an Airbnb and you may cross paths with other guests or hear them enjoying the hot tub in the yard adjacent to yours. Please make sure the other guests are given enough space to pull in and out of their assigned parking space, which is next to yours.

I booked this place for a birthday weekend with all my girlfriends. It said it accommodated 12 and it perfectly fit all 12 of us :) with 2 on the couch bed. This place was so cute! The location was great you can walk to mission bay (5 min) but you can also walk to pb (about 20 minutes). It was clean and had everything we needed. We weren’t really sure how to part in the driveway with out blocking the other units spots (there are a few rentals in the same building) but there was plenty of street parking so it was not an issue. Having the hot tub was great! We paid for an early check in and it was a super easy process and we weren’t able to take advantage of our whole first day. The beds were so comfortable! The AC would sometimes frost over so we had to turn it off to defrost occasionally before we could turn it only again. It was a very hot weekend I wish the AC wasn’t just in the living room but it was better than none. Overall we loved our stay. The only complaints would be that we did get a notice about noise from the lower unit but it is hard to be quiet upstairs in a house of 12 girls in heels going to and from dinner/bars.
