FThe ideal vacation home for the active family, just a stone's throw from the roaring North Sea. The cottage is simply and functionally furnished and contains everything you could want. The large activity room on the second floor has billiards, and table tennis and table soccer. Here you will also find 2 of the 5 bedrooms. The house has large bedrooms and a bright eat-in kitchen. It is heated with a heat pump and is therefore cheap in consumption. In the surrounding area there are very nice beaches and you can choose between many recreational sports. There are swimming pools, golf courses, good shopping and more.

Der Außenbereich zum Beispiel besitzt wenig Charme. Sauberkeit war okay. Tischfußball, Billard und Tischtennisplatte sind natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt.

Tolle Lage, toller Strand, sehr schlechte Qualität des Hauses

Mangelhaft und für den Preis eine Unverschämtheit: - Vergammelte Fenster die schwer, zum Teil gar nicht zu öffenen bzw schließen waren - Herunterhängende Tapete - Putz der in großen Stücken von der Wand fällt - mehrere defekte Türdrücker/Türklinken - Aufgerisserner Linoleum-Boden - defekte Mischbatterie der Dusche (wurde zwei Tage nach unserer Beanstandung repariert) - Laminatboden an den Kanten der einzelnen Paneelen kaputt/ durchgewetzt. - Schränke in schlechtem Zustand, z.B. Türen, die nicht richtig schließen, schlief herunter hängen - jeden Tag rund 25 Kellerasseln pro Zimmer - kein Meerblick - Stühle und Sofas total durchgesessen Insgesamt wirkte die Ferienwohung, als wäre das Haus vor 40 Jahren gebaut und seit dem nie wieder etwas daran intstand gesetzt worden. Traurig und wirklich schade!
