Great stay in Tahoe. Ideal location for all things Squaw. And the description of the unit is too modest. Way too large a unit to be called a former studio. Full bedroom with TV and separate living room with second TV. Full kitchen. Pray for snow!
Was here for a couple of nights for a quick stay and some skiing before seeing some friends in Sacramento. Bev was a pleasure to deal with. The unit was very well appointed and stocked well. Really appreciated having everything that was needed for the stay. It was an excellent location and I'd definitely head back again!
Perfect size for the two of us. Appreciated the full sized Pantene shampoo and conditioner in the beautiful bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans we needed plus the bonus of basic spices and salt and pepper (and cooking spray!) in the cupboard! Paper towels and sandwich baggies were a nice touch. Two fans kept the place cool - loved that hiking trails were just steps away and several restaurants at the base of the ski slopes were only a 4 minute walk. Enjoyed the large pool and both hot tubs. Would stay here is we come back.
Easy walking distance to Plumpjacks and the Villlage so brought breakfast food. All the aps setup on tvs so just had to login. All correspondence with staff was friendly and accommodating.
My teenage boys and I really enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Really nice condo and liked the option of having the private room and also the ability to open it up to the living room. The built in table / booth is really well done and has great views of both the mountainside and the action below. The place is well appointed and we didn't lack anything. Bev is a fantastic host. When we come again, we'll look for this specific condo and hope it's available.
My husband and I and our two teenagers enjoyed the comfort of the space. Nice and clean and well equipped with everything. The sofa turns into a very comfortable roomy bed. The chair turns into a comfortable bed, large enough for a child. One of our teenagers slept on it with pillows stacked at her feet and it turned out to be comfortable for her.
I loved this rental and it's location. It had a very cozy vibe. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Instructions and parking were super easy. I'd definitely stay again!
Hosts were very helpful with our late check-in due to delayed flights, property was clean and welcoming. So close to lifts and lodges right at the main base. Great communication and helpful with helping me retrieve an item I left behind. The snacks that were available in the unit were much appreciated!!
Has everything you need for a short weekend stay. Small, but comfortable for a family of three. Just bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound due to on mountain location.
This was a great property. Bev and Tuck were solid hosts and were very responsive with questions we had. I would recommend this for a short stay in Squaw, plenty of amenities nearby and a kitchen to boot.
