Amazing home in Kranjci

This beautiful Mediterranean pool house is surrounded by vineyards and fig trees. Only 10 minutes drive away are the places Prtlog and Duga Uvala with beaches and great views of the Kvarner Bay. The house is very spacious and consists of first floor and first floor. On the first floor you will find a konoba with a fireplace, a fitness room, a bedroom and a bathroom and a covered terrace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms furnished with homemade furniture, kitchen, living room with fireplace, two floors, toilet and another terrace with a view of vineyards. If you rent the villa in September, you can participate in the grape harvest on the vineyards of the owner and experience How the grapes are processed and taste traditional food of the region. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the town of Labin, with many galleries and the famous Venetian church. You can also visit various galleries.

Wir haben tolle 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus mit unseren Kindern verbracht.Es liegt etwas abgelegen, somit hatten wir viel Ruhe. Die obere Etage ist gut ausgestattet, welches der Hauptteil vom Haus ist.Es ist umfassend modernisiert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Flur, wo sich keine Klimaanlage befindet und ein Schlafzimmer ist im unterem Teil, ebenfalls keine Klimaanlage. Die untere Etage fanden wir nicht so schön, da das Duschbad nur ein Durchgangszimmer ist.Die Matratzen sind sehr Hochwertig. In der Beschreibung ist angegeben, dass ein Babybett vorhanden ist. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind vor Ort, leider war nur eine alte "Holzkrippe" im Haus. Der Äußere Bereich ist schön, leider sind keine Auflagen für die Liegen (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen). Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, aber leider keine Hollywoodschaukel. Der Pool war das Top.

👍👍👍 Wir waren das 1mal in Kroatien.Ich kann diese Haus nur empfehlen.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig ,top zum abschalten und entspannen.Der Roberto und seine Familie sind super freundlich und immer für ein Gespräch zu haben .Nur zu empfehlen TOM und Petra
