Indoor Living: Modern living, flat screen smart TV in living room and all 3 bedrooms. Master suite w/king bed, 1 spare room w/king bed and 1 w/queen bed, large kitchen table that seat six, tile floors in kitchen, living room and bathrooms, carpet in all bedrooms, ceiling fan in all rooms and games.
Kitchen: Fully equipped w/granite countertops, refrigerator w/water and ice, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, air fryer, large crockpot, small crockpot, dishware & flatware, cooking essential, breakfast bar w/seating for two.
Outdoor Living: Private pool (not heated), mountain views, covered back patio w/BBQ/flat top, 4 piece patio furniture, lounge chairs, large umbrella and front courtyard patio w/table and seating for six to enjoy beautiful Lake Havasu Sunsets.
General: Central AC, linens, bath towels, pool towels, keyless entry, free WIFI, hair dryers (2), iron/board, trash bags, paper towels, washer, dryer and parking in driveway. Garage is not available to park in.

Relaxation and adventure

The property was easy to get to. The property had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable! All the cooking needs one may have were met! We were there a month and hated to leave.i would definitely go back. The host was very pleasant and responsive if we had any questions. It was not warm enough to use the pool but we sat outside on the patio furniture and were very comfortable and enjoyed that throughout the day. Had never been to Lake Havasu city and enjoyed exploring it and other places. Enjoyed the view of the lake and mountains from the house. Enjoyed patios front and back as each had sun or shade depending on time of day. Would go back in a heartbeat!

This was a great property with a lot of attention to detail. Comfortable home for 6 adults. Very nice backyard setting. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a propane fire pit, but no propane tank for it.
