Amazing home in Altea La Vella

An open staircase leads to the pool and bedroom level of this spacious house and from the living level above with a covered terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea, the Altea plain and the Aitana mountains. A tennis court as well as a golf course can be reached at a distance of 1 km from the urbanization. At the foot of the mountain is the wonderful marina Campomanes, which invites with its restaurants and bars to an evening stroll. But you should not forget to visit the old town of Altea, whose center is the church with its famous blue dome. During the evening stroll through the old town you will pass boutiques, art stores and many restaurants, some of which offer a fantastic view from the terrace on the illuminated bay of Altea.

Mauvaise expérience

La vue est top, la cuisine moderne, la piscine très agréable, pour le reste…. Pas de climatisation comme mentionné dans l’annonce mais pas de volets, pas de stores / rideaux ou autres.. Du coup, exposition plein soleil sur les larges baies vitrées, une fournaise ! Nous sommes resté 4 semaines en Espagne avec 3 maisons différentes sans climatisation mais avec des stores ou volets, celle-ci n’a rien et devient donc rapidement invivable. Sur les 4 ventilateurs, 2 ne marchent plus, 1 est tellement vieux et bruyant qu’il devient inutilisable… On nous a promis une climatisation portable qui n’est jamais venue. Idem pour le barbecue, bouteille de gaz vide à notre arrivée jamais remplacée. Pas de rideaux de douche ou paroi pour la douche, du coup, il y a de l’eau partout. Le mobilier est vieux et obsolète. Les moustiquaires ont des trous qui permettent de passer un ballon de foot à travers… Bref, vous trouverez mieux et moins cher sans aucune difficulté ! Une très mauvaise expérience pour nous.
