Thank you for sharing both the positives and the concerns about your stay. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and the pool, and we’re very sorry for the cleanliness issues and maintenance problems you experienced in the room. We will address the housekeeping standards and appliance repairs with our team right away. The beach chair policies and HOA rules are managed by a separate company, but we understand your frustration and will work to make these restrictions and costs clearer in our listing. Your feedback is very helpful as we improve the experience for future guests.

Hello Alex, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and the views from this location. We do not provide any baby items (crib, high chair). However, there are several rental companies in the area that provide these items and will drop them off at the rental for you. The owner is planning on rectifying the crown molding and repainting the unit. We are currently getting quotes for this project! We will pass along your feedback to our management staff and owners. We do hope we can host you again on your next visit to the Gulf Coast. We would love the opportunity to show you a 5-star stay. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
