Why they chose this property

The property dates back to Ernie's grandparents who farmed the land at the base of the mountain around the turn of the century. The area was sparsely populated and still has that wonderful feel of peace and solitude.

What makes this property unique

A step back in time to a turn of the century farm. Bounded by a peach orchard and hundreds of acres of mountain land. An atmosphere of peace, isolation, and natural beauty as enjoyed in the 1800s and at the same time minutes away from amenities with dozens of restaurants and shopping.
