The villa is ideally located on the seafront. From the balcony of your room, or from the sofa in the living room, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the ocean. 2 terraces allow you to organise your meals according to your desires: one is oriented towards the sea and the other larger overlooks the swimming pool (equipped with a roller shutter and heated from May to September). <br>5 bedrooms including 3 master suites. Two have a sea view and one of them has a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea (and Fort Boyard on the horizon). <br>A closed parking area for 3 cars completes the house. <br>Accessible on foot or by bike, you will find all the amenities nearby without the need to take the car: large market (with local producers), mini-market in the centre of the village.... everything is there for a relaxing and dream stay in an idyllic setting.

Magnifique maison ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette maison ! Elle est très bien équipée et vous y trouverez absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Nous avons profité chaque jour de la cuisine d’été et de la terrasse grâce à un système astucieux de toit ouvrant automatique et de pare vents. La piscine est superbe, plus grande qu’elle ne paraît sur l’annonce et très bien chauffée. L’emplacement est idéal avec le marché quotidien de La Brée à 5 minutes à pied, et SURTOUT, la mer à 50 m et une vue époustouflante depuis la chambre située au premier étage, sans oublier un espace privatif de stationnement où nous avons facilement garé 2 voitures les vélos. La propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui assure l’accueil sont charmantes et tout a été très fluide . Bref, si cette maison est disponible lors de nos prochains séjours à Oleron, nous la louerons à nouveau à grand plaisir !
