This newly remodeled home with a Hot tub and a lovely backyard is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood.

Very close to I-5, CA-44 & 299 within 5 minutes; perfect for when traveling to Mount Shasta, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Castle Craigs, Shasta Lake or Burney Falls! The location is central to outdoor adventures, conferences and shopping in Redding. Within two miles from Redding Civic, Sundial Bridge, Downtown, Bethel and great restaurants.

All bedsheets & pillow cases are hypoallergenic sets.

The home is sanitized thoroughly before and after each guest with non-toxic & environmentally friendly cleaning supplies.

Amenities include full kitchen access with basic spices, coffee & tea, an eight seater dining table, WIFI + Internet, free parking, and a hot tub for a relaxing getaway!
Please note: We keep up with Hot tub maintenance and clean up after each guest to ensure it's working properly. But we cannot guarantee it to be in working condition in case of any unforeseen circumstances with damage or improper use from prior guests.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all the used towels in the washer and start the washer. Use stain remover provided on towels if there are stains from makeup or anything before washing the towels. Thank you so much!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Two parking spaces in the garage, plus 2 on driveway. City of Redding will charge penalty for guests who park on the street. Be mindful of neighbors.
Up to $1000 cleaning fee for smoking/vaping & use of any legal or illegal weed/drugs on property. Any fees refunded to next guests are also charged.
Unregistered guests aren't allowed on the property, nor can stay overnight. $35/person per night penalty will be charged for unregistered extra guests

Amazing Getaway

We absolutely loved our time here. Rachel was a great host and was always communicating and available if we needed her. The house was absolutely beautiful and felt like our home away from home. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Beautiful home that was perfect for our visit to Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was located in a nice neighborhood convenient to stores and restaurants and my three teenagers loved the backyard and hot tub. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs on different vacations and this was by far the nicest place yet!

Great home for families!

We stayed here during our vacation to Shasta Lake. Two families shared the house and it was perfect. It had everything we needed, and some fun bonuses like a hot tub and fire pit. Rachel was super responsive and communicative. I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again!

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. Sitting on the covered patio as the breeze blows the wind chimes and listening to the sweet sounds of birds, provided the perfect peaceful retreat we needed.

We had our large family stay in this beautiful home for a total of 10 of us. We had plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had, and the home was clean and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Rodeo Fun with Family

We were all very pleased with this home. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and would stay here again. The location was close to the rodeo, sundial bridge, turtle bay and my Grandson's home too. The host was very responsive to any questions I had (and I had a few as this was my first time booking an airb&b) Very patient and understanding. Thank you!
