Wonderful location for the secluded feel. Deck perfect for sunrise coffee and a sunset glass of wine. Hottub clean with strong jets. Overall, a lovely cabin stay.
The view, the hot tub, the deck and the location were all outstanding. The cabin interior is fine albeit a bit worn and dated, but since that isn't too important to me, I still gave 5 stars. Also, although other cabins were nearby, the deck felt quite private.
House was very clean. The hot tub and the views were absolutely the best part. The host was very attentive and made sure we made it and had everything.
Stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect! Close enough to Gatlinburg and Anakeesta, but not so close you have to deal with the crowd and noise. Would definitely stay again!
The view was spectacular! Mountains everywhere you look! The hot tub was hot and relaxing! The property was quiet and we were able to enjoy our view while listening to wildlife around us. The host was amazing and checked in on us to make sure our stay started off on the right foot! We have already talked about coming back next year! It’s also a short 5 minute drive to Gatlinburg! 3
My family and I enjoyed ourselves the view is amazing, the cabin was very clean the only troubles we had were the washing machine and dishwasher didn’t work properly & the hot tub didn’t get hot enough other than that everything was wonderful we appreciate the stay.
Great location, amazing view and all the amenities! Loved our stay, my only constructive feedback is the showers are a bit dirty, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment. Would absolutely book here again!

The unit needs to be cleaned. The floor was dirty had spider webs in the guest bathroom. The coffee pot was nasty had to go to Walmart and buy a coffeemaker. The lighting was terrible. The dryer was so loud we were scared to use it. We did not use the hot tub I was scared of the way it was supported. It needs a lot of maintenance. It had an egress window but the door leading to it was locked and the key we had didn’t unlock it. But on the bright side the view was incredibly. We also got to see a bear.
The cabin was super cozy! The Christmas tree added the perfect holiday touch to the atmosphere. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to the host!! He was very responsive & accommodating! I highly recommend!

Views and location were excellent. Hot tub was good. Cabin needed some TLC and cleaning.
The views and proximity of this location are AMAZING! This is our second time staying because we enjoyed it so much. The owner is very responsive. It is very close to Gatlinburg and there is an easy way to get to either end of the "strip." It is close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge as well. Plus, there is a grocery store and gas station incredibly close which is a huge benefit when traveling with a little one and fueling up to head out on the journey home. We hope to return again soon!
Absolutely beautiful!! Perfect little getaway cabin in Gatlinburg. Cute as can be. Hot tub was wonderful with great privacy. Everything was better than described!I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!!
I am a single dad with 7 children. I live in the Great Smoky Mountain area and operate 6 rental properties. I absolutely love living in the area and spend lots of time enjoying all that the area has to offer!
Why they chose this property
I absolutely love the layout and design of this cabin. I own 2 other cabins in the same resort with a similar layout and design. The feeling of seclusion while being in a resort yet close to downtown is unique. The best feature of "Mountain Hideaway" is the comfy, cozy feeling and incredible views of The Great Smoky Mountains
What makes this property unique
Mountain Hideaway has such a unique design being a roundette cabin. It has the great mountain views, semi seclusion, comfortable decor and super convenient to both downtown Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
