AH-A100 Paradise Found, Newly Remodeled, First Floor Condo, Overlooks Shared Pool

Book your next vacation at this newly remodeled ground-floor condo. Nautical and beach-inspired décor in shades of blue is carried throughout the home. The open living area is great for gathering on a modern couch with plush pillows, matching accent armchairs, and a TV with cable/Wi-Fi. Step out the sliding glass door to the back patio to sip your morning coffee while enjoying views of the shared pool and hot tub. Back inside, the dining area has a large bar with seating for five to enjoy family meals or a game of cards. Two barstools make up the additional seating at the open bar area. The kitchen has everything needed for your culinary skills from spacious granite countertops, crisp white appliances, a pantry, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, built-in overhead wine glass rack to basic pots pans, and utensils. The guest bedroom (BR1) is perfect for kids with room for playing games on the floor outfitted with a Twin over Twin bunk bed, a Queen size bed, a nightstand, and a closet. The hall bath is comprised of a vanity and tub/shower. Venture into the master bedroom (BR2) which has an area with a desk and chair, great for checking on work from home or distance learning classes, a King bed, nightstand, closet for your beach attire, chest, and TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of a spacious vanity area separate from the tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board tucked neatly at the end of the hall which also has access to the master bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. Leave your worries behind, come experience island time!

This location was great, straight road to the beach, and close to anywhere in town. Back patio was 2 steps from the pool and hot tub and we were in there everyday enjoying it. Rooms were spacious. Definitely staying here again. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was just as pictured (nice and new decor) and it was very clean. The location was just minutes from the beach and we loved that the pool was right out our back door. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here on our vacation check in was easy and the place had everything we needed for our stay. The place was pretty clean, only thing was the sheets in the master bed didn’t look clean there was hair and dirt. Other than that we loved the location.

Great place to kick your feet up and relax. Comfy rooms and sweet nautical theme. Pool is amazing to relax . Barbque area is great to cook dinner . Everything is available from Keurig to plates and utensils, pots and pans , towels , amazing hosts . Thank you will use again .

Overall, I enjoyed the property and would stay again. Check-in easy, and our unit was spacious. The issue was with the TV's in the living room and master bedroom.
