The Space:
Hosts 8 Guests Maximum - 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

The home has been tastefully renovated and decorated with high-end finishes and will give you the feel of staying at your own cozy and warm vacation paradise. The home is extremely peaceful and private, yet you are super close to everything Miami has to offer.

The tropical garden is amazing, a true Florida gem, designed carefully with plenty of orchids, heliconias and areca palms that provide privacy. It offers separated areas for you to chill, unwind, enjoy a wine, a good reading, dine in a perfect atmosphere and have tons of fun. A barbecue area, a kids playground, an outdoor dining space, an under a mango tree lounge and a secluded garden are some of the spaces that will make your experience unforgettable. The pool could be heated (optional - $50 daily) and has a swimming pump in case you want to do some workout.

The home’s floor plan makes it ideal for entertainment. Eight sleep and live comfortably in this tropical villa. Two rooms are located over one side of the property and the third one is on the other, perfect for families that need more privacy for some members or just for two groups of people traveling together.

The home has high-speed internet so you can play video-games, work or just enjoy some of your favorite movie/serie/tv-shows. Every room and Living-room has a TV with integrated ROKUTV so you can use your own NETFLIX/HBO/DISNEY PLUS/etc. accounts credentials to login and also watch some live ROKU channels for free.

Getting Around:
With a car parking space you may park up to 2 cars, 1 street parking but an Uber can get you around the city.

3 mins to Calle Ocho (15 mins walking distance) - The Charming Tropical Villa is located near world famous Calle 8 and Shenandoah , and includes some of the most vintage homes in Miami. Calle Ocho is the center of Cuban life and culture in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. Declared a “national treasure” by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, this vibrant and iconic enclave is known for its authentic Cuban restaurants, popular ventanitas, warm and toasty Cuban bakeries and street festivals that are too colorful for words.

Historic landmarks, unique museums, cultural areas and fun adventures – there is so much to see in and around the Brickell/Downtown Miami area. Modern Italian interior doors, marble tiles, original wood floors and some trendy cement tiles and terrazzo floors in its florida room, bathrooms and kitchen, english and french wallpapers, mid-century style furniture, new Nectar mattresses, two closets with wood interiors and doors, new modern kitchen cabinets, and lots of details just to give you joy. Most of the kitchen appliances are brand-new and you will have everything you need for a perfect cooking experience if you want to stay home. The washer and dryer in the laundry area are also new. This home is truly spectacular!

Before reading further PLEASE NOTE: This is a home for families and friends, retreats, workshops and business travelers. WE DO NOT HOST HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE STUDENTS FOR SPRING BREAK. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. Tropical Villa is a home for responsible adults, their family, friends and colleagues. Please be mindful of noise/loud music at any time. You will also need to sign a rental agreement.

Furthermore, in addition to the verification process for the person who´s booking, we will be asking for a list of the guests that will be staying with the reservation and their IDs.

We do not rent to South Florida locals. If you are local, and wish to stay at Tropical Villa, please send us a detailed message about the purpose of your stay. We could make exceptions based on that and after we both agree that this property would be a good fit for your staycation.
