Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. Gorgeous first floor view! This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! New Shower! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! 2-105 is literally located right around the corner from the lagoon pool and the "Hang-Out" food and drink bar. The resort offers 3 hot tubs, 3 resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.
