This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! 2-105 is literally located right around the corner from the lagoon pool and the "Hang-Out" food and drink bar. The resort offers a fitness center, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.
Condo 2-105 is located in Tower 2 on the 1st floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Relaxing

Unit was clean accept for the odor in bathroom. Parking very convenient easy move in and out. Manager very responsive to service request.

Beautiful view

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It was so convenient to just be able to walk through the gate and have your toes in the sand in seconds. We saw dolphins multiple times while sitting outside on the lanai and you didn’t even need to leave your bed to see the ocean. Now that is relaxing.The lanai is huge so you have patio doors in the living room and bedroom. We walked to breakfast and dinner which was very convenient. Lots of shops close by to walk to and even a Walmart within walking distance. You will love this condo!!

First time at Long Beach Resort

This was our first time at Long Beach Resort and it was lovely! The condo was in an ideal location, close to the pool and easy access to the car since the stairs where right outside the door. The condo was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. Just a note, the condo has a very deep tub/shower combo, so if you have bad knees like me, you will appreciate the grab bars!
