Beautiful apartment in Cinigiano GR
Cozy farmhouse with four simply furnished apartments in the famous wine area with the D.O.C. Montecucco. View of the hills around the valley of the river Ombrone. Quiet position. The house is surrounded by a well-kept lawn with pool, sun terrace and barbecue. Shared washing machine. The apartments, furnished in rustic style, have their own entrance. Accommodation: access via a large external staircase, kitchen / dining room (oven, freezer) and access to a small balcony, 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Distances: 11 km Cinigiano (stores of all kinds), 20 km Paganico, 28 km Grosseto (riding school), 40 km from the Natural Park of Maremma and the medieval village of Montalcino, famous for its wines, 50 km from Siena and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Parco dell'Uccellina. Balcony: 2,5 x 2,5 m. Access by a 300 m long unpaved road in good condition. See ITG439, ITG440, ITG425.

Eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Wohnung und Außenanlagen
Wir waren sehr überrascht über das tolle Anwesen. Erholung pur bei herlicher Ruhe in schöner Natur.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können es sehr gut weiter empfehlen . Schön war's, Danke nochmals für die schönen ruhigen Aufenthalt.
