Our condo has:

Fantastic 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with amazing water and city views. Very spacious with 1030 sf (96 sqm) with a large private balcony from the 40rd floor, with stunning views of the bay, ocean, sunrises and sunsets, city lights at nighttime. Centrally located in Brickell minutes to Downtown, South Beach and Wynwood and Airport. Access to all amenities in the building: 2 pools, Jacuzzi, Gym, kids play area, and more. 1 parking space. Valet for extra cars, please read description and hours of operation below.
*Important: Guests need to provide a copy of their picture ID upon completion of reservation.

KITCHEN: fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, cookware, utensils, 2 coffee maker: capsules and American coffee, toaster, blender and more..

LIVING ROOM: Sofa that opens to a bed for 2, 1 folding bed opens to a twin size bed, 1 Flat Screen HD, Smart TV Cable TV, 1 Dining table.

2 FULL BATHROOMS: Fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs.

BEDROOM: 1 Queen size bed and 1 Smart TV (cable TV).

MASTER BEDROOM: 2 Queen size beds with private bathroom and 1 Smart TV (cable TV) and a walk-in closet. Desk with a mirror.

MISCELLANEOUS: High-speed internet WIFI, Smart TVs, iron, iron board, hair dryer, washer, dryer, bed sheets, towels, hand soap, Shampoo and conditioner, washer and dishwasher detergents - soap, plates, silverware, glassware, etc.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests.

This is an upscale area and many affluent people and companies own condos here, you will see it in the unique lifestyle visible here.

Location: Driving time is approximate, heavy traffic in Rush hour:

15 mins from Miami Airport
45 mins to 1 hour depending on traffic from Ft Lauderdale Airport
15 mins to South Beach
10 mins to American Airlines Arena
15 mins to Wynwood
Tourist attractions and nature explorers we are about 30-45 minutes from the everglades, the northern keys, and more.
Getting around:
We recommend trying the electric scooter available for rent by the app and located on the sidewalks and everywhere (please be careful), using Uber when going out as parking in Miami can be expensive and hard to find. Brickell city center has parking space and from there you can go to almost everywhere in Brickell. Metro Mover (Free) and Metro Rail stations only three blocks away from the building.

Hannah and Kleber were so communicative throughout. The place was centrally located, super spacious and homey, and equipped with everything from soap to towels to extra toilet paper. Fun environment in the building, good restaurants nearby. easy parking! Will hopefully be back soon

Wonderful Stay

This property was very nice and had all the amenities that were needed. Hannah & Kleber were fantastic hosts and were able to help us through an early check-in process along with guiding us through the parking garage and the local area. The only negative (which really isn't all that bad) is the elevator situation, as it is a bit slow with a majority of the place being filled with visitors/tourists. Location is in a great spot as you can quickly travel to other areas such as Wynwood & South Beach. There are also grocery stores and other useful shops in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Crowded building, good location

Granted this was over the holidays, but the building was extremely crowded - we often had 5-7 minute waits for the elevator and many of those that opened couldn't fit more people in. This is a high-throughput building with a lot of short-term stays, so it's busy!That said, the property managers were extremely responsive, the unit was clean, and the location is very good!

BEST LOCATION

We had the absolute best time. We had a group of friends (7 total) that were arriving from various states. We had the best weekend having this condo in close proximity to everything you could need. The balcony is to die for and has the best sunsets for golden hour. We couldn't have asked for a better location and the hosts were super communicative and welcoming! Thank you so much for making this the best weekend.

A great property and host all-around

The property was very clean and comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s within walking distance of some of Miami’s best shopping and restaurants. The views of the city and Brickell Bay were amazing. The property manager was kind and very responsive to our calls and texts during our stay. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

I live in one of the most beautiful cities in Florida: Brickell in Miami is the "Manhattan of the south" with its great restaurants and nightlife, Brickell city center, amazing parks, and truly a nature lovers' paradise. By meeting tourists from all over the world I get to assist with travel plans, recommend the best places to tour, best cafes around, etc... I am fluent in English, can understand and speak some Spanish and some Russian and French. My property manager speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English:)
