Wir sind sehr glücklich dieses Ferienhaus gebucht zu haben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.....auch die etwas ruhigere Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nach Porec ist es ein Katzensprung und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat superund ohne Probleme geklappt. Hier wird in deutsch oder Englisch kommuniziert.

Super Ferienhaus.

Super Ferienhaus. Liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, es war schön sauber, gemütlich und alles, was man sich vorstellen kann, war vorhanden. Sogar Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Nicht so schön waren zwei Begegnungen mit Skorpionen aber das gehört in solchen Steinhäusern wohl dazu. Das Grundstück ist vorne und hinten eingezäunt, was sehr praktisch mit unserem Hund war. Der Pool war sauber, nur ein bisschen kalt. Ich hätte mir noch ein bisschen mehr Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn gewünscht. Der Poolbereich ist durch die große Hecke komplett Sichtgeschützt aber beim einsteigen können die Nachbarn von ihrer Terasse aus zusehen. Zwischen den beiden Terassen ist nur ein Bambussichtschutz am Zaun angebracht, was einen engen Sichtkontakt mit den Nachbarn nicht vermeiden lässt. Das könnte man leicht mit einem hohen Sichtschutzzaun auf dem kurzen Stück beheben. Aber sowas ist ja Geschmackssache. Wir empfehlen das Haus trotz der Kleinigkeiten weiter und würden wieder kommen! :-)

La location est conforme à l'annonce, le propriétaire était joignable facilement et très discret, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, bien situé non loin de Porec et de la plage Nous recommandons cette location

Für uns war es perfekt !

Waren mit 4 Erwachsene und mit ein Kleinkind (1,5 J.) in dem Doppelhaushälfte. Für das Kind hatten wir das Reisebett mitgebracht da dieses Haus mit zwei Doppelbett Zimmer ausgestattet ist. Uns hat es allen gefallen und haben uns sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Der Vorgarten ist umzäunt so konnte das Kind auch bedenkenlos herum laufen. Hinter Haus Treppenaufgang zum Pool haben wir eine Barriere gebaut so das der kleine Mann nicht hoch laufen konnte wenn keiner am Pool war. Somit war Gefahr gesichert. Den Besitzer des Hauses und auch die Reinigungsfrauen haben wir kennen gelernt und sind sehr sehr nett. Genauso die einheimische Nachbar Familie. Der Pool wurde 2 x in der Woche gesäubert ohne das man gestört wurde.

wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit unserem Vierbeiner.

wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit unserem Vierbeiner. das beste war der Pool, jeden morgen erstmal ein paar Bahnen ziehen. Leider mußte ich die Bekanntschaft mit einem Scorbion machen war mit Kühlen und Spitzwegerich aber gut behandelbar wie ein Wespenstich. wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen,zu dem Preis.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mir viel Platz und Möglichkeit zur Erholung und Entspannung. Der Durchgangsverkehr stört etwas. Pool ist super.
