Lakefront Getaway. Private Waterfront Home with Dock and Sunroom.

This is a whole house rental. Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located directly on Moses Lake with its own dock. Spend an afternoon kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake (we have several for you to use). Enjoy the sunroom/game room and 2 living rooms. One living room has a King sized Murphy Bed that will be set up for your use, upon request. Home includes all the amenities you will need including King size beds, a queen bed, bunk beds(best for kids and youth) washer/dryer, air hockey, beach towels, a Keurig, a BBQ grill and ample off street parking. Come and make memories in this home away from home.

Note: The city of Moses Lake drains the lake partially during the winter months. Please be aware that the lake may be low during your stay between late fall to early spring. The lake typically starts lowering at the beginning of November and starts filling back up towards the beginning of April and takes about 4 weeks to fill. These dates are not always guaranteed as the water runoff from the mountains determines when they start filling the lake. When the lake is full the depth of the lake at the end of the dock is about 32" deep. (Water toys and BBQ are available during spring and summer months when the water is up).

We had a wonderful stay on the lake. We were traveling with our children and four young grandchildren. The house was very comfortable and safe for the children. I especially like the lock on the stove and the ice machine! Having a fully fenced yard allowed us all to relax and not worry that and if the kiddos would run off! Highly recommend for families!

If you need a nice clean house on the lake, don't hesitate to choose this one!! We were extremely happy with our experience! Beds were super comfy and kitchen was well stocked, even spices! This has to be one of the cleanest VRBO's I've stayed at and there have been quite a few. I highly recommend if you are ever going to Moses Lake you can't beat the location. My only complaint, if I really had one is check out time was 10am, a little early.

Great, spacious house with private dock and we were granted permission to use the launch as well. Home was well stocked and the furniture was especially comfortable and accommodated all of us for relaxing after long days spent boating!

It was short but very nice trip for us. House is very clean and you will find everything you might need in the kitchen. My 2 years old liked fenced backyard and spend quite some time running and playing there.

Beautiful weekend stay with family to support a friend's daughter at the annual Buddy Walk. House was beautiful, well maintained. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would book again. Owner even sent message ahead of time advising house was ready early. :)

Nice host, close by town area, 45min from Gorge

Overall this was a good stay. My group stayed here for a weekend show at the Gorge. The drive there and back is 45mins mostly on the interstate. The long drive is counterbalanced with being next to the lake, and also the town which has most of what you need - Walmarts, drug stores, and plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again if I had a big group, but would consider that it can be pricier than other options closer to the Gorge if you have less people.

Great stay

We had a fabulous time at this welcoming home. It had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The lake and dock so close to the house but there was a secure fence to make sure younger visitors stayed safe. The paddle boards and Kayaks that were supplied were great and really gave us the freedom to roam around the lake. They had cozy furniture outdoors and a great gas grill ready to go. We would definitely stay here agan.

Experience Moses Lake

This is a great house for families. Water park nearby if you need a break from the lake. Water depth is low at dock, which is stated in the description, but for a bigger boat this required pushing in and pulling out without the engine. Didn’t stop the fun though! Good memories made for sure.

Great Lake Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for our group. 9 of us friends slept comfortably in this home with plenty of room to spare. We never felt like we were on top of eachother. Any supplies we needed, we’re very easy to communicate with the hosts and they readily dropped it off (there wasn’t cleaner, easy remedy). It’s also very close to grocery stores and town. The boat launch wasn’t far either. Great stay for our group to get away for an extended weekend.

Great stay for a fishing vacation

Although we didn't fish right from the property, we did fish around the area. The house was exactly what we needed for the seven of us, with plenty of room to stretch out. The TV and wifi gave us plenty of options for watching various programs, a great dining area, and a game room. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms provide plenty of privacy. I do wish there was a coffee pot in addition to the K-cup machine and also some cooking oil and butter. We found olive oil in one of the cupboards, luckily. Overall, five stars!
