2. Three bedrooms upstairs for cozy and restful nights
3. Smart TV (Prime and paramount+ subscription) and a comfortable living room
4. Spacious dining area adjacent to the kitchen
5. The downstairs is a highlight, featuring:
a) The largest and most spacious room in the house; one queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed for kids.
b) A second living room with a beverage fridge
c) A laundry room
d) A converted garage offering a dedicated play/yoga/exercise area
Outdoors:
1. A serene patio, balcony, and gazebo for relaxation or entertainment
2. A lush green lawn perfect for outdoor games or picnics
3. Ample parking space—bring your RV, boat, or multiple cars
4. Adjacent to a protected wetland teeming with wildlife, including fish, unique birds, geese, and even a bald eagle seen daily during the summer
