This lovely home has 5 bedrooms and 2 3/4 baths . Sleeps 14 has an unobstructed view of Moses Lake and is just yards from the park with access to a public boat launch and no charge boat mooring. There is a large patio with a firepit. There is a gas fireplace and a home theater with an 82" TV. A crib is available. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven & large fridge. Room for off street for boat or trailer

Overall a good experience. Family friendly, lots of room. Good view from patio. Our friends, as well as us would stay here again at the price point. Some things need a little updating.

Plenty of room for 14 people

This was a fun and relaxing place to stay. We had a great view of the fireworks during the 4th. The 2 main hang out areas were far enough apart it helped us not feel too crowded or that we lacked personal space. There were plenty of linens. The kitchen was big enough that our 2 families staying there weren't stepping on each others' toes and had space for all our food. There were books and toys for all ages. On the whole a pleasant place to stay. We'd be willing to stay there again.

Work trip

We have rented this house for the last four years when we go to Moses Lake on Work. It's a great location for where you're working at and plenty of room for all of my staff. CHARLES has always been very responsive to all my communications. The cleaning person Could sweep her vacuum a little bit better but was not terribly bad..

Great Place

This house is very nice and a great location. Awesome view of the lake with a fire pit and plenty of lawn chairs. Kitchen had everything including a traditional coffee maker and pour over. The beds were comfortable and lots of places to sleep. Highly recommend staying here.

Great time in Moses

We came to stay in Moses lake to celebrate our youngest family member’s graduation from college and his new job. We did not have as large a group as we thought we were going to have but the house was prepared for a large group. I recommended staying here if you are looking to accommodate a large group. It is across the road from the boat launch and a great park! We enjoyed our stay!!

Wedding in Moses Lake

This was our home base in Moses Lake for a large family wedding. It worked out great. This home works really well for a group. Great view and everything worked just as needed. We will gladly book here again! Thanks for the stay.

Nice place to stay for concerts at the Gorge

Overall this house was comfortable and very homey. There were a few issues with cleanliness (pots/pans in cupboards that had food stuck on them; very dirty/sticky potholders, game room floor had sticky spill, empty ramen noodle cup on the floor in one of the bedrooms). Not a deal breaker, but maybe more attention to detail is warranted. Would stay again if going to the Gorge with a large group, as it was affordable and a nice location on the lake.

Gorge trip

House was so spacious exactly as pictured. Bedrooms and bathrooms for all, it was great. Plenty of linens. Lovely back patio for morning coffee, beautiful kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a small glitch getting into home but owner responded quickly and all was well. Great stay for group of 5 friends. Thanks for letting us stay!

Think twice

The overall size of the house was accurate to what was shown online. The downstairs bedroom bunkbeds mattresses were not very comfortable lower quality. The house was tidy but was not clean to the level that I typically would expect when paying for a space. An example would being there were several large spots on the carpet in the main entry and the baseboards had a layer of dust on them, again not what you would expect when paying for a space. Once you reserved the days an additional requirement came up for an yet another $1500 deposit for cleanliness or paying $50 for an insurance policy to cover the $1500. I thought that should’ve been stated upfront before hand and I was shocked especially when I saw the cleanliness of the house. it would’ve been difficult to document everything when you first moved in in order to get your $1500 back. Considering the cleanliness of it I thought it was pretty bold to ask for additional damage deposit when the damage was already there. Home was on a nice block in a fairly newly developed, unfortunately my grandson‘s bicycle was stolen from the front of the house the last night we were there and someone crashed it and ruined his brand new back wheel which will be expensive to repair. Considering the newness of the neighborhood I was surprised that was something I had to be concerned about. The other issue was the dishwasher broke right before we arrived and they notified us in advance which was fine. However during the middle of our stay apparently the part came in and the repair man wanted to come in right away so we were giving literally no notice and had someone knocking on the door and then had to stick around while the repair man replaced the damaged part. On our third day we received a knock on the door from apparently a previous tenant who left their TV in one of the rooms and came in and got it. again no advance or coordination notice was given and definitely something that should’ve been handled while we were not there . Definitely did not feel this experience and venue represent the amount of money we paid and would not recommend anyone staying there again.

The house was not particularly clean, or well set up as a vacation property. Carpet and home had a somewhat musty smell, and many personal items that made it feel more like great grandma's house. Dishwasher was full, etc. Maybe their cleaning service is to blame?

Great stay with a view and cozy comfort

We had a great time here. The location is quiet and close to the lake, with a beautiful view that made mornings extra peaceful. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, and the check-in/out process was super easy. We grilled steaks on the little charcoal grill, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, though it was a bit unorganized—but it felt like staying in someone’s real home, which gave it charm. Would definitely stay again.

Our First Moses Lake mini Vacation

Nice House in a newer Development. Very quiet area.The sunsets over the lake were spectacular.The house was very spacious with plenty of seating and dining areas.

Hosts showed up almost an hour before our check out time

Overall the house was a great location and very spacious. The kitchen floor left my cousins feet completely black, so cleanliness was clearly not good. The bathtub in the master was not clean. These things made us a little leery of what else might not be up to par as far as cleaning goes. The two mops left in the pantry both had gross used pads on them, so we didn't use them. The rooms were accommodating with enough pillows and blankets, but the towels in the bathrooms were VERY old and worn and there was not enough toilet paper left for our 7 people stay over three days. We had to go buy extra. Lastly, the hosts showed up 50 minutes early, at 10:10 when check out was 11. We were already getting packed up, but this made us feel uncomfortable and rushed. They should not be allowed to show up until after 11. Their excuse was "they had a tight turn around for the next guests" but that's not our problem. We paid to be there until 11 and we should have been allowed privacy until that time. The host was communicating well regarding an A/C issue and that was fixed before our arrival, which was great. Overall it was a nice stay, but if I book it again, I would definitely bring my own cleaning supplies to do a quick clean and I would bring my own towels.

Super Value! Excellent Price!

We were thrilled to find this awesome place. Huge house and lots of space to father. It was basically as described and met our needs. The beds could be much better but no bed is better than your own. Cleanliness was also okay but could be better; again, not a huge deal. Great view. Great location. We would rent again. Peace out.

Close to the Sand Dunes!!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! It’s about 10 minutes away from the Sand Dunes and very close to convenient stores. Great view 😍
