Weekend in Ludington

Inside was spacious, very well laid our, appeared to have been recently renovated. The apartment was very well equipped and everything worked well. Very well supplied with the essentials, as well. Master bed very comfortable. Living room very comfortably furnished with a reall nice reclining couch. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. We had to do some spot cleaning here and there. Outside areas, especially the yard area were overgrown, not well maintained, and needed to be cleaned up. The location in Ludington was exceptional. Walking distance to harbor and restaurants. Communication with owner was excellent.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

This place is very clean, they have everything we need, my wife and I really enjoyed this place! Lots to do around ludington and downtown is just couple minutes away! We would definitely recommend you all renting this place and we would totally go back here again!

Terrific location for walking to the harbor and downtown. Cute place, could have used more seating in the living room but overall very comfy. The laundry room is a common space with other units but there were no issues. Chef John's, just a block and a half away was quite a find!!

Perfect Location to Enjoy my Hometown!

The property was very clean and well appointed, and very cutely decorated! The only difficulty I had was with the lock to the entrance door being finicky about how it was turned in order to lock and unlock after entering the code. But I got the hang of it! Left my treasured French press there after check out and Marj allowed my daughter to run back later the same day to let herself in, and grab it for me. Awesome host & service!

Just what we needed

Great house, exactly as described. It’s not fancy but it was very comfortable, very spacious, and more than we needed. Everything worked perfectly in the home and our rental process went smoothly. Also great location close to downtown but in a quiet area. Plenty of on-street parking. Would stay again if in town.

Marj's home was perfect for our stay in Ludington. It is perfectly located within walking distance to all the attractions, and the living space and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Could not ask for more - beautiful place, top of the line appliances. Everything you could need right there. Very clean and well maintained. Owner was easily reachable and very warm and helpful. A++ stay. Perfect location - a couple blocks to the main drag, 10 minute walk to the beach. I will be back. =: )

Must stay property

This large apartment was a great stay. It has all the amenities, space, and comfort of home. WiFi clocked in at over 450Mbps! Large TV with nice tv service(Spectrum) New appliances, air, heat, amazing neighborhood and so perfectly set on edge of town. Walk two blocks and you’re in the heart of the beautiful Ludington downtown area. Lots to do, eat and see. I will 100% rent this property the next time I can. The host is amazing, attentive, and quick to respond. Just an all around excellent place.
