This immaculate 680 square ft. two bedroom one bath cottage is the perfect cozy get away, three minutes to everything including the beach, historic downtown restaurants and locally owned shops, beautiful Lincoln Hills Golf Club and amazing hiking paths with fresh water fishing. Perfect cottage for a week stay in Ludington. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet at night, but close enough that getting to the beach, restaurants and shopping was easy.

This cottage was cute, clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good with communication and the cottage had everything we needed including a good supply of paper products, soaps and even coffee. We had never vacationed in this part of MI and and our cottage we such a nice surprise. Easy walk/bike ride to town and the beach. Very cozy space with a lot of nice details. Plenty of towels and kitchen is well appointed. We would recommend and return.

We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was the little things that really attributed to an above and beyond stay. This was the perfect homebase for our family vacation with its proximity to town and the state park. It was clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of yard space. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit. The host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.A few other notes (none of these are deal breakers for us, but may deter others):There are no closets or dressers (luggage racks are provided). The bathroom is quite narrow.

Family vacation

We stayed here with our family, kids ages 2-8. It was just the right place to come home to after being gone all day. We liked being able to have a yard, our boys played baseball and bean bag toss lots! It was close by to everything, so we could run home quick if we had to grab anything we forgot. The front porch is lovely for our morning coffees!
