River Dream Cottage is nestled on a 5 acre wooded lot on the Lincoln river. It features a private yet convenient location, a fire pit with views of the night sky, a small spring fed creek and 212 feet of rustic river frontage.

Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed, TV with streaming apps, ceiling fan and electric heat
Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) TV with streaming apps, and electric heat
Living room includes a full sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a TV with streaming apps
Bathroom has a tub with shower, electric heat and a washer & dryer
Kitchen includes an island with seating, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cabinets stocked with dishes, cookware and many extras for guests who enjoy cooking
3-seasons room has comfortable seating and a small table w/4 chairs
A small outdoor patio has a picnic table and a gas cooking grill (propane provided)

Access to the Lincoln river by way of a woodchip defined path through the woods! It is approximately 200 steps to a small footbridge over a spring fed creek, then an additional 200 steps to a boardwalk with a floating dock on the Lincoln river. There are 4 kayaks on a stand by the river access and a canoe. By making land management and accessibility to the natural beauty of the property a priority, our guests are now able to enjoy nature in a unique way. The land provides a serene setting for kayaking, bird watching and often catching a glimpse of a white-tailed deer!

We like this place very much. We have been many her many times. and have always been extremely satisfied, The home is meticulously clean. The decor is splendid. Many little extras included for children.Internet connection was great and without glitches.We especially enjoy the seclusion of being surrounded by woods in addition to the outdoor fire ring and spacious front yardWe hope to continue to come back here for future visits to Ludington.

I just returned from an amazing stay at River Dream Cottage, and it was exactly what I needed. The cottage is absolutely beautiful inside and out—spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I could have wanted. The peaceful, quiet setting made it the perfect place to relax and recharge, while still being conveniently close to town and beaches.I especially loved the beautiful wooded property and easy access to the river. Whether I was enjoying the scenery, watching wildlife, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, it was a wonderful escape. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire stay seamless, even when I accidentally locked myself out. I highly recommend River Dream Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I had an awesome week and look forward to staying here again!

This was a lovely home to stay in. Our family loved the surroundings of the beautiful property. The house is set back off the road which is great. There’s a beautiful path to the lake and kayaks to enjoy! Everything was clean and bright and just right for us with kids. We’ll be back!

This property was great to recharge and connect with nature. The property was amazing with the trail that leads you to the dock. We were able to catch multiple fish on the lake and use the canoes and kayaks. The house was clean and perfect for just what we needed. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed this property and our first time in Luddington. The owners were so wonderful about communicating with us. Check in and out was so easy. The property was nicely cleaned and stalked with essentials. It is so quiet and peaceful, but also near all of the things. The beautiful path back to the river was such a wonderful walk. Our family found there was too much to do and not enough time to do all the things, so we are hoping to come back again soon. We would recommend this property to anyone!
