Linden Guesthouse Cottage

New deck added 2022! Central AC added 2021. Cute cottage in a wooded setting. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, dining area and deck. Cottage is completely furnished with blankets, linens, towels and cooking utensils. Cottage also has toaster, coffee pot, gas grill, outdoor dining table, microwave, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer, games and puzzles. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, accessible through the slider in the living room, or warm yourself during the cool summer nights at the fire-pit in the spacious yard.

NOTE: one dog under 40lbs is allowed and no other pets are allowed. Please be sure you have included and paid the pet fee on VRBO (by checking the box marked "Pets"). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please do not leave a dog unattended in the cottage or if you must leave for a short period, make sure the dog is in a crate. The yard is not fenced, so the dog should be on a leash when outside. Please clean up the yard after your dog.

Fourth year staying at the Linden guesthouse and it never disappoints. Everything for a comfortable stay is provided from the kitchen necessities to beach toys. House is always very clean and located in a small safe neighborhood. We love staying here!

Cottage in Ludingto

Comfortable!

Very clean and comfortable place near Ludington. Owners are attentive and provide everything needed for a great stay. The coffee bar and muffins were a great bonus. Would love to stay again!

A great getaway

Needing to be in Ludington for business on a Monday and Tuesday, we rented the Linden Guesthouse for the Saturday and Sunday prior to create a nice weekend getaway. The cottage, location, and the weekend were all perfect. It was a great alternative to the normal business trip accommodations!

Great getaway

This was the best vacation cottage we have ever stayed at. Everything was clean and new looking. The location was quiet with a great yard and firepit. All amenities were provided. We would love to stay there again next year.

This guesthouse was absolutely the best for me, my Mom, and sister to vacation at. It had everything we needed and the location and setting was wonderful...beautiful property. Our perfect getaway

We found this pristine cabin in the woods ~ perfect visit to Lake Michigan! The cabin was decorated so cutely, outfitted with comfortable furniture and bedding! It included everything needed for your stay, including marshmallow sticks, and half n half for your coffee ~ thank you Dawn and Dan for your wonderful hospitality!

Linden Guest Cottage

The Linden cabin was everything as advertised. Very clean, and conveniently stocked with anything you might need to make you feel at home. Close to town, but a quiet neighborhood. Many pluses, plus the owners had blueberry muffins there as a warming welcome. Will definitely stay with them again.

This was our 2nd year spending a week here and we are so glad we did! It’s such a charming house and the hosts are very nice. The house is extremely clean with all the things you want or need for a relaxing vacation. They keep the place very well maintained and communication is easy.
