Just an 8-minute walk from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this vibrant 2-bedroom 1-bathroom vacation house offers all the comfort and amenities of home - including a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and high speed internet. UnKle VinNy's Resort is the perfect place for couples or small families to relax and make lasting memories, and it's the perfect place to bring your pet, as it offers a fenced-in yard! The furnished deck has a peek-a-boo view of the water, and with easy vehicle access to the beach you can have your toes in the sand in minutes!
Bedroom one features a king bed; bedroom two has a twin over double bunk bed and an extra full mattress. The downstairs patio area offers an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. At the day's end, BBQ with family/friends, or dine with the locals at two of the most popular hotspots on the peninsula which are both less than 100 steps away.

Small dogs (35 pounds or under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Awesome Labor Day Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was perfect!! Our experience with Swedes is always a good one!

Nice weekend stay

Just needed better communication on what to bring. We’ve rented places many times and this was the 1st one that didn’t have paper products. The house is adorable. Perfect. But it literally had nothing as in paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing soap, tide pods (which Is optional I guess)
