Yard games (corn hole, giant pong cup game, & outdoor chess)

Please bring sheets (1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins), towels, toilet paper, napkins, & trash bags. We provide cleaning supplies & laundry soap.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No senior week or events

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off outside hose. Cover grill if used. Turn off propane & disconnect DO NOT PUT RECYCLING IN BAGS WHEN PLACING IN ORANGE OUTDOOR RECYCLING CANS. Trash hauler will not take recycling in bags
Please move cars to the street by 10am so cleaners have access to the driveway.
Wash bath mats & kitchen towels. Move to dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$30 fee for leaving dirty dishes and trash in house after check out. Clean all dishes and return to cabinet. Take trash to outside bins
$30 to return items left behind including Amazon packages mailed to the house
$30 fee for lost key $50 fee for late check out (unapproved) charged by the cleaning team
