The cabin overall was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was very enjoyable especially when it was raining and the outside air cool. It is remote which is what we were looking for away from the hustle and bustle of more touristy locations very relaxing!

The cabin was cute, cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch with our pups overlooking the river. The beds were comfortable and sleeping with the rain on the metal roof was wonderful.

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously I was with my daughter and 3 grandsons we explored the great outdoors river hikes waterfalls- the boys have never been to the mountains and didn’t want to leave - kitchen can use updating but the beds were like sleeping on clouds -after days of hiking then playing in the river flowing in front of the property and sitting in the hot tub we all fell asleep early and slept like babies - if you like cozy rustic with creature comforts of home this is it !

Perfect spot right on the Toccoa. Plenty of room in the house for the 3 of us and our dog. Beds are comfortable, layout if perfect and the hot tub was a nice addition. Only a few step down to the river to splash around a fish. Already preparing another trip to this same, beautiful, wonderful place.
