The invite generous living / dining area with fireplace, open kitchen with top equipment, the guest bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and two bathrooms which includes a sauna and separate shower for pure wellness experience - these are the attributes for the perfect feel-good holiday in this domicile. For guests with a physical handicap grab bars were installed in the shower and on the toilet bowl in guest bathroom. There is also a shower stool is available.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Die Fewo befindet sich nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt

Aufgrund der (noch) winterlichen Wetterverhältnisse (Aufenthaltsdauer Mitte März - Regen, Sturm, nasskalte Tage) freuten wir uns vor allem auf die inkludierte Sauna. Doch leider funktionierte an 2 von 3 Abenden diese nicht. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem Objektverwalter am frühen Abend, versprach er uns sich zeitnah am folgenden Tag dem anzunehmen. Erst nach schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme unsererseits mit Ferienwohnung-Verwaltung am frühen Nachmittag des folgenden Tages (1Tag vor Abreise) wurde sich um das Problem gekümmert. Neben weiteren negativ auffallenden Kleinigkeiten, war es für uns neu (und überraschend) das kein Toilettenpapier und Handseife in den beiden Bädern vorhanden waren und (nach telefonischer Rücksprache) grundsätzlich auch nicht zur Grundausstattung dazu gehören. Positiv hervor zu heben sind auf der einen Seite die Nähe zur Ostsee, der tolle Spielplatz (gefühlt direkt vor der Haustür) und zum anderen die ruhige Lage der Wohnung.
