About this property

Totally remodeled beach cottage with just a short 6 house walk to your own private beach. This home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and 3 zones of central air conditioning. In addition, the home has front and back outdoor sitting areas, ceiling fans, wireless internet, smart TV and a beautiful electric fireplace. This cottage is a pleasant reminder of Cape Cod of yesteryear, a time when once you entered, you knew you were on vacation. Life does not get much better than being this close to the ocean. Stroll to the anchor at the end of the street to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage while overlooking the ocean and listening to the crashing waves. Your family can enjoy a short walk to the community playground or the local Popponesset Marketplace that offers penny candy, ice cream, food, miniature golf, shopping and much more. Located at the Marketplace is the Raw Bar, voted best in New England for Lobster Rolls! Free live music concerts are enjoyed Thursday through Sunday evenings during the summer season where outside dancing is enjoyed by young and old. The Popponesset community is very friendly and ready for you to enjoy.

Nice Cozy Cottage

Cottage was clean and cozy. Easy access to the beach and everyone was nice. We enjoyed our vacation with there was plenty to do in the area.

Walk to beach

You can't beat the location. It's small but cozy and nice outdoor spaces. Outdoor shower is great. Beds are soft for our backs, but overall a great place. You need to walk through one bedroom to get to the next, but you can walk around the house if kids are napping.

Great location an adorable!

We loved our stay, so close to the beach and the house was clean and had every amenity you could think of. The outdoor shower was great. My only problem with the house was the master bed was so small (full bed would suggest a queen) Overall a great place !
